Meet Kesi, our distant adoption baby
girl
Kesi is a Swahili name
meaning child born in difficult times. You’ll soon find
out why she was given this name.
Kesi’s hand was chopped
off when plantation workers killed her mother,
slaughtered with a machete, while Kesi (only 3 months
old) was clinging onto her mum.
Thanks to he BOS team she
is now safe, loved and a champion tree climber and
an excellent role model for newly arrived orphans.
Despite her handicap she
has proven to be a real fighter! |
